‘Viennoiserie with Jamie Heffey’

(Cheltenham Patisserie)

This 2-day course will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham.

Jamie Heffey is founder of the hugely popular Pastille Bakery, based in Liverpool. Opening in Spring 2024, Pastille sells-out week after week, with customers queuing down the street to sample the delights that Jamie has curated, and offers within the Bakery. As a former employee of Edible Art Patisserie, it is an honour to have Jamie host a class at our Academy - a truly full-circle moment!

The class will cover lamination - primarily croissants, cruffins, pastel de nata, pain au chocolat, pain suisse and much more! Unlike many similarly themed classes held elsewhere, this class will be accessible with techniques and recipes shown that don’t require thousands of pounds of investment, as can often be the misconception with viennoiserie.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

‘Kids Club - Festive Baking Masterclass’

This festive baking masterclass will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by young baking superstar Lily Hayzelden.

All participants will be able to bake, and decorate, their own show-stopper celebration cake, as well as other baked festive-themes goodies! Over the course of the masterclass, Lily will demonstrate a range of skills and techniques which young bakers can utilise at home to create their own fantastic sweet treats.

This class will be predominantly hands-on and is perfect for enthusiastic young individuals over 11 years of age who love to bake. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

‘Modern Entremets with Sabrina Chouiref’

(Cheltenham Patisserie)

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by wonderful pastry chef Sabrina Chouiref.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in French and translated to English.

Over the course of 3 days, Sabrina Chouiref will teach you everything needed to know to replicate her signature patisserie items which ooze elegance and finese. A variety of skills, techniques and recipes will be taught during the masterclass which Sabrina uses in her day to day life creating visually stunning items for social media.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

‘Origami Cake Design with Meruyert Nursila’

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by social-media superstar, Meruyert Nursila.

Please Note - this class will be conducted in English.

Over the 3 day masterclass, Meruyert will teach you everything needed to know to replicate her show-stopping 2-tier celebration cakes which are simply incredible. A variety of skills, techniques and recipes will be taught during the masterclass which Meruyert uses in her day to day life creating visually stunning cakes, including her signature origami-inspired cakes. There is no doubt that you will have seen Meruyert’s meticulously crafted cakes on your ‘for you page’, well now is your chance to learn all of the tips and tricks of how they are created.

Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course. In the cases in which a payment plan has been agreed, a deposit will secure your space on a course.

Please note, a 95% refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 60 days before the start date. 59-30 days before the course, we can offer a 50% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence.

Any cancellation or requests for refunds when on a payment plan will result in any outstanding invoices cancelled - but any payments towards the class will be void and no monies returned as to protect the integrity of the class and our policies. This is a condition we will stand by, except for extreme mitigating circumstances in which case a decision will be at the discretion of the Directors’. Please note this term prior to agreeing to a payment plan.

In the extremely rare event of the course being cancelled by us, a FULL refund of the fee paid will be issued. We are unable to refund for accommodation/travel expenses as these plans are made by the participant themselves and the decision to travel to the course was that of their own.
